2013 Let's Play Music Graduate
Emmy
Emmy's favorite thing in Let's Play Music was the puppet shows. She loved how the music told a story. She feels like studying classical form through puppet shows helped her as a musician. She feels that she can play music expressively because she understands how to tell a story through the music.

Accomplished Musician
Flute, Piccolo & Piano
Emmy received a music scholarship to attend BYU-Idaho. She is studying music and flute performance. Emmy loved playing the flute and piccolo in the Utah Youth Orchestra for three years. She was also chosen to play the piccolo with the Utah Symphony in the annual Salute to Youth performance.

2014 Let's Play Music Graduate
Lexi
Her favorite thing she learned in Let's Play Music was solfege. She feels like it has benefited her in numerous areas of music. Lexi also loved the puppet shows. She loved coloring the puppets and making them her own.

Accomplished Musician
Piano & Viola
Lexi continues to excel at the piano. She has passed 9 levels in the Achievement in Music program. She tried the cello for a year and then fell in love with the viola. She played with the Tooele Youth Symphony for three years and was the first chair viola. Lexi can also play the accordion.

2013 Let's Play Music Graduate
Liberty
Liberty's favorite thing in Let's Play Music was learning how to transpose music into new keys. She figured out on her own how to transpose the Halloween Song from the key of C to the key of G.

Accomplished Musician
Violin, Piano, Ukulele & Bass
Liberty auditioned for the chamber orchestra in college and was accepted to play the violin. She was playing a friend's bass for fun and astonished everyone with her . The director asked her to play the bass in the chamber orchestra instead of the violin.

2014 Let's Play Music Graduate
Jacob
His favorite memory of Let's Play Music was being in class with his best friend Tyler. They loved coming to class together. They are still close friends. Let's Play Music classes are a great place to make new life long friends.

Drums
Jacob continued his musical adventure learning to play percussion. He plays the drums in the Tooele High School marching band.

2014 Let's Play Music Graduate
Maya
She loved spending one on one time with her mom and dad on parent attended music classes. Her parents took turns coming to music class because they both loved learning music with Maya. Parent bonding is an important part of the Let's Play Music program.

After time away from the piano pursuing other interests, Maya came back to piano lessons. She is amazed at how quickly she is progressing and developing her musical talents. A Let's Play Music foundation makes you a musician for life.
